I check twitter pretty frequently;
it is a way for me to get instant updates on people or events. I follow news accounts
and educational pages so I can learn about what new things are happening. I
have not run into any problems while using my class twitter account because I
have been using Twitter for years and I am familiar with the program. The class Twitter account is helpful because it is a place where teachers can share tools, and students can ask questions to each other as well.
I enjoyed the web page assignment, I
love being creative and making something new. I learned how to insert links in
a web page and how to properly layout a website. I really liked how my web page
turned out because it is colorful, has pictures, and even though it will not be
read by my real students, I am excited for when it does get to become a
reality. Next time I make a website I will
have more of a theme and put more information in each tab. Overall, I learned
how much thought needs to go into everything that students and parents will be looking
at because it needs to be clear, concise, and visually appealing.

Using Diigo, I learned how to
annotate and post comments to the group. I think this will be extremely helpful
for when I am a teacher because I can share resources with other teachers. I
like how you can see the comments of the people who posted it so you can read
it before you click on the link. It is very helpful that Diigo has the option
to use different colored highlighting tools and posting private or public
sticky notes. I am looking forward to using this tool as a teacher one day.
